
Imagine how beautiful this world would be if everyone made it a priority to engage only things that truly matters. Someone comes with a bad energy, you ignore it because you would rather do things that would give you happiness than absorb negative auras. This may sound almost impossible especially in our modern world where it only takes a click on the wrong website, post etc to see things that would disturb you. It is not difficult to maintain positive energy around you. You just have to be more deliberate in managing your reactions to triggers that are there to make you loose your composure or your mental well-being. Avoiding unhealthy discussions is not cowardice if such discussion would not contribute anything positive to you or any other person that is the subject of that discussion. Learn to say No to activities that though tagged fun activities will harm you in the long run. Some of the addictions people are battling with, started with them being with the wrong people, trying to prove that you are cool or simply trying to have a harmless fun. Engaging in activities which can only harm you if done in excess may not be the best way to surround yourself with the right aura. What is to say that you would be able to control your urge not to do that activity or action in excess? As I stated earlier, it is always better to engage yourself in actions that truly matters whether in the short or in the long term.
It is not always easy to let go of a bad habit or even an addiction. This is why you must protect yourself. Don’t delude yourself into believing that you have more willpower than the other person. The truth is you may do worse than the other person if you are exposed to the same situation that person was exposed to. So do not tempt the gods, surround yourself with the right energy all the time.
