It’s All In Your Mind

A woman sitting indoors, appearing stressed or upset, touching her head.

It is going to be alright. Whatever it is you are worrying about may or may not happen.  If it happens, you will recover eventually, you will be fine! Stop living your life worrying about the bad that may or may not happen, that is tantamount to depleting today’s energy for something that may not even happen. Worry solves no problem; instead, it builds anxiety, a bad mental state and deprives you of the positive energies required to be happy and productive! (You can see the video version of this here-https://youtu.be/DCl6MWBOU0w )

Be solution-oriented; if you think that something may go awry, then do everything practically possible to prevent it from happening. Do your part, don’t just think about that possible problem and then wish it away and hope it wont happen. Worrying and not doing something to fix what you are concerned about is one of the easiest ways to live an unfulfilled life. Nobody wants to be around a worrier; everybody appreciates good energy. Therefore, make it a point of duty to direct whatever concerns you may have to that part of your brain that brings solution. You will be better for it.

Our mind is wired to take in a lot of information and/or stimulus from our environment. An alarmist thrive on giving people negative information, your task is to ensure that that information does not get to you. It doesn’t mean that the information/news is false, it simply means that you have devised a better way of dealing with such news. You are free to take the less-than-ideal stimuli from your environment and direct them in a positive direction.

We are directly a product of our environment and the people around us. Choose the positive sides to all these and watch yourself blossom even in the darkest times.

Go into this week with this mindset, and you will enjoy your blessings irrespective of adverse conditions!

Have a good week!
